• Organize and coordinate LEAN program (LEAN trainings, improvements tracking, people accreditation)

• Achieve cost savings/service improvements trough projects related to Logistics & Transportation
• Establish best practices across the region and champion the extension to new geographies

• Pricing: updates on price list changes, discounts and payment terms. Order & Claim Processing, coordination of warehouse operations and effective shipment schedule.
• Manage EDI development with KA and other customers. Developing plans to improve service through focus on key performance indicators.

• Management of LSP warehousing operations: goods receipt, shipments, storage, picking, KPI monitor, stock taking management
• Management of transport group performance: import, export transportation, domestic distribution, plant-to-plant local shipments
• Management of local shipments and shipments to export countries
• Stabilization and improvement of logistics and customer service processes
• Management of budgeting process (ODE, sales freight), control of expenses in line with BGT, deliver cost savings
• Management of logistics and customer service teams, people development, PMP, MS&D
• ISO 9001:2008 and SOAR audits ( ensure department performance in line with approved procedures and company policies)

• Support successful implementation of Commercial strategies and aligning internal activities with specified customer requirements. Servicing customers with regular updates on: price-list changes, discounts and payment terms
• Elaboration, introduction and implementation of procedures in CS, ensuring they are in line with SCJ global policies and according to the Ukrainian legislation
• Sales order processing and return control, EDI support
• Monthly/weekly targets fulfillment (Sales report, Case Fill Rate report)
• Customer contracts (annual negotiations , contracts fine-tuning)
• PMP and MS&D conducting
