Accounting project (Private Entrepreneurs/LLC/Simplified taxation system)

• setting up accounting for startup projects, namely:

1. advising on choosing a tax system for startup project depending on the type of economic activity;
2. registration of legal entities and private entrepreneurs in Ukrainian tax authorities;
3. development of accounting policy for legal entities;
4. installing different ERP systems (for example, M.E.Doc, BAS:Accounting; etc.) along with filling out Legal entity's/Private entrepreneurs initial data;
5. docflow arrangement

• monitoring changes in tax legislation related to simplified taxation system;
• carrying out accounting for legal entities registered on simplified taxation system (third group):

1. performance all necessary transactions with Client-Bank;
2. personnel accounting;
3. keeping accounting registers;
4. drawing up and filing of Financial Statements
5. tax reports execution and submission (namely, 1 DF, Single Social Contribution Report, Single tax payer Tax declaration "Group III")
6. dividends distribution;
7. execution of transactions with foreign currency.

Consulting project

• advising on application of tax legislation to the companies that declare income according to the both national and international accounting standards (IFRS);
• monitoring and analysis changes in Tax legislation.

IT project

• participation in project of development ERP-system for international market

• monitoring changes in tax legislation and IFRS to ensure the validity and legality of accounting records and Financial Statement;
• monitoring of key indicators of operating and accounting reports;
• budgeting and planning of the company's operating activity;
• execution of the cash flow forecast on a monthly basis;
• VAT forecasting;
• participation in the development of an Agreements (including international) for the company together with Big 4 auditors and lawyers;
• making amendments to International Agreements, which Company receives from foreign vendors for their compliance with Ukrainian currency legislation (currency control);
• management of a small group of accountants;
• checking all fields of accounting (bank, current assets, fixed assets, salary, account receivables, account payables, other liabilities, equity capital, provisions, taxation, deferred taxes etc.) for their compliance with Ukrainian legislation, IFRS;
• preparation Financial Statement;
• performing reconciliation between accounting, which the Company carrying out in 1C and in SAP;
• implementation of new IFRS into Company's accounting.
• preparation of Financial Statement for consolidation (including calculation of intra-group transactions and intragroup balances)
• checking correctness calculation and timeliness of tax payment (profit tax, VAT, personal income tax);
• implementation of various management request.

• writing an Accounting Policy based on IFRS / GAAP/ National Accounting Standards and Tax Legislation;
• Balance Sheet, Financial Statement, Cash Flow preparation;
• Tax planning;
• consolidation of Financial Statements (revealing and calculation of intercompany transactions and intragroup balances);

• checking all fields of accounting (bank and cash, current assets, fixed assets, salaries and wages, receivables, payables, other liabilities, equity capital, provisions, taxation, deferred taxes ets.) for compliance with IFRS and preparation on that basis a Balance Sheet and Income Statement;
  
• analytical review of financial statement for comparison prior and current financial years data and making a conclusion for the main differences.
