As a business development representative, I was responsible for everything related to building relationships, finding growth opportunities, and helping companies to find the right tech solution for their projects.

I was directly involved in all new business pursuits and managed each opportunity moving through the sales funnel. I believe customer service, the ability to deliver, human approach, and empathy are key components in building a lasting relationship with clients.

Overall areas of responsibilitiy:

  • Perform a full sales cycle (lead generation, initial contact, lead qualification, value proposition/pitching, estimation, negotiation, deal closing)
  • Account management: help with communication, help with financial and organization points, check NPS, stay constantly in touch with clients in order to prevent any issues and extend teams if necessary
  • Business Development: have a free hand in setting up a working strategy (find new hot industries, new sources of lead generation, useful tools, and else). Help with the automation of routine lead generation processes.
  • Preparation of proposals/pre-sale activities: Work with a lot of sales channels, including LinkedIn, cold emails, Upwork, Glassdoor, Crunchbase, AngelList, etc.
