While working as a dispatch I was responsible for finding loads on various load boards and supervising the pick-up and delivery of booked loads. Monitoring the drivers log book to make sure DOT compliance is maintained.

As a broker, I posted loads on load boards and booked loads with dispatch and maintained good relationship with my customers and continuously solicite loads from them.
