• Preparation the monthly/quarterly/annually financial statements/reports/presentation in compliance with IFRS, local tax policies & legislations (with shareholders, banks, accounting standards, tax laws);
• Preparation of CF forecasts on weekly and monthly basis, CF plan vs fact analysis, and other managerial reports on ad hoc basis;

Budgeting

• Generate quality and quantity analysis of cost trends as well as of forecasted and realized profits and losses;
• Preparation the annual business plan, including the financial budget;

Financial control

• Ensure an efficient and effective cash and treasury management;
• Control over working capital& capital investment of the Projects;
• Control forecasts; monitor the achievement of financial objectives;
• Development and monitoring a specific KPI's;

Optimization

• Optimization of working capital;
• Optimization of administrative and project-related costs;
• Communication with external partners, including advertising networks, banks and financial institutions, internal departments over payment terms and key finance questions;

Development

• Development and implementation of controlling function, including preparation of internal controls and audit guide;
• Drive the development of new ERP software;
• Initiate a production forecasting process for purposes of financial forecasting and budgeting, productivity planning and material planning;

Administrative

• Managing Financial and Accounting department of the Unit ("Vin-Pellet" - Energy Pellet production).

• Conduction of industry analysis. Business strategy development;
• Valuation of potential investments and M&As; Providing finance expertise and advice to the Board;
• Corporate control of Vin-Pellet;
• Transfer Pricing.
