• Legal assistance to all Company's departments and Country Leadership Team on complex and sensitive legal and business issues.
• Drafting, negotiating and approving of contracts, additional agreements, appendices, protocols of disagreement, and official letters to counterparts on behalf of the Company.
• Adaptation, implementation and compliance of NOVARTIS Group corporate policies, codes and guidelines in the Ukrainian office.
• Drafting of Local SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Coordination of the work of the Company's outside legal counsels through providing them with information, requesting reports, communicating on the issues in progress, evaluating the quality of provided services.
• Claim work with the Company's contractors and partners, interactions with state bodies and health authorities.
• Monitoring over the changes in Ukrainian legislation and providing legal advices and action plans on possible changes to all relevant stakeholders.
• Labor disputes and litigations.
• Conduction of regular internal different Legal and Compliance trainings (Code of Ethics, Conflict of Interest, Anti-Bribery, Third Party Risk Management, Data Privacy, Professional Practices Policy etc.).
• Representation of the Company LLC in associations (EBA, APRaD).
• Networking with state health authorities.
• Conducting of internal monitoring and control on ERC related matters (HCP engagement, grants, sponsorship, charity donation, promo and non-promotional materials etc.).

• Coordination of the work of the Company's outside legal counsels through providing them with information, requesting reports, communicating on the issues in progress, evaluating the quality of provided services.
• Claim work with the Company's contractors and partners, interactions with state bodies. Drafting of cease-and-desist notices and official claims related to breach of contracts, Company's rights violations, intellectual property rights protection, claims against the Company.
• Monitoring over the changes in Ukrainian legislation and providing legal advices and action plans on possible changes.
• Labor disputes and litigations.
• Conduction of regular internal different legal trainings (advertising, privacy, intellectual property, antitrust, contract policy, antibribery, dawn raids, etc.).
• Local & Group level daily mass media monitoring.
• Representation of FERRERO UKRAINE LLC in associations (EBA).
• Networking with state authorities; diplomatic community; business community; mass media.
• Processing and addressing consumers' claims.
• Local responsible for toys safety issues.
• Control over the labelling of FERRERO products in Ukraine (preparation of master text and approval of Artworks).

• Providing with legal assistance marketing, trade marketing, IT & finance departments.
• Developing, implementation and updating compliance standards, policies, procedures and processes.
• Constant monitoring of UA legislation changes.
• Preparation and sending out weekly reports to all departments concerned.
• Regular update of Ferrero legal page.
• Legal checking and approving of master texts, AW, legal support of advertising campaigns.

· Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of contracts.

• Legal checking and approving of master texts, AW, band offers, gift sets, advertising materials (press, TVc, radio, Internet sites, POS materials) for Ukraine, Russia and Belarus.
