• Preparation and participation in sale activities;

• Create and maintain the process of performance evaluation in multiple teams;

• Ensure financial KPIs, planning, control, and implementation of the departmentP&L.

- Development of the concept of the project, budget calculation;

- Identify and engage stakeholders throughout the product developmentprocess;

- Own the project plan and manage the project's health (scope, budget, timeline,risks);

- Proactively and constructively suggested the company's processesimprovements;

- Hiring and onboarding of new project managers;

- Resource planning to ensure the project supply process for teams of up to 50people;

- Team performance monitoring.

- Translating business goals and customer needs into design requirements;

- Participation in meetings with the clients to identify project issues and solvethem among team members;

- Team coordination (manage workload and properly allocate work effortsbetween team members, plan daily meetings, etc.);

- Support team members by improving processes and removing obstacles ontheir road;

- Planning and updating the backlog for product

deliveries to customers;

- Project documentation management.
