• I conduct business correspondence with international suppliers in order to reconcile annual Statements of Accounts. With my work the discrepancies in several SOAs have been resolved, the debt of the Company owed to the suppliers has been reduced.
• I create, process, correct Material Assets Orders in 1C Enterprise. I issue payment applications on Material Assets and have processed thousands of invoices, have issued in-time and correct payments in 1C ERP.
• I keep under control the whole set of the credit-notes, manage their processing and allocation.
• I resolve the emerging issues with the Supply Team if any questions from the Accounting and Bank Transactions Groups
