· Supported the Migration Health Officer-Emergency Response in the implementation and monitoring of IOM’s emergency health activities.· Assisted with migration health project development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting.· Implementation of standardized direct service provision for IOM supported mobile clinics, primary health care facilities and any other host posts, following WHO guidelines;· Supported in the prepositioning of stock and maintaining stock inventories;· Conducted rapid health and nutritional assessments to identify key and urgent needs;· Supported the coordination and operationalization of contact tracing and community-based surveillance activities;· Represented IOM at relevant coordination meetings and maintain coordination and cooperation with local health authorities;Provided daily and weekly status reports of activities conducted, using tools provided by the IOM;
