December 2023 - May 2024 The main task was to integrate company management and record-keeping, which had previously been done on paper. Solving the problem became possible after analyzing competitors, communicating with employees, and analyzing paper records. The decision was made to abandon the spreadsheet format in favor of cards. This allowed me to adapt each record to mobile phones without sacrificing the convenience of viewing and input. QR codes were also integrated for each unit, from sensors and irrigation systems to machines and employees. This helped reduce the time spent searching for and inputting data into the corresponding record.
Product (CRM system for sales managers)October 2023 - December 2023UX/UI DesignerIn this case, the task was to reduce response time to customer messages. Since each manager had approximately 14 accounts on different domains, they needed to be unified into one system. After conducting interviews with employees, their main problems and desires were identified. As a result, a system was created to monitoring new messages on various accounts and quickly switch between them and dialogues. Additionally, response time was reduced from 7 min to 4 min.
Product (ERP-system for fishing company) July 2023 - October 2023The main task was to create a convenient mobile application for managers and employees. Since the average age of users was 37+, it was important to create an intuitively understandable interface. After conducting several interviews with employees and a detailed analysis of their workflow, a solution to this task was found. This helped to combine in one application: analysis of sensor systems, feeding input, prediction of fish growth peaks, and convenient management of the company and warehouses.
Freelance April 2023- July 2023During three months of freelancing as a UX/UI designer, I gained valuable experience in client interaction and honed my skills in project development from concept to implementation. Additionally, I not only deepened my knowledge of design tools but also mastered best practices in the field of UX/UI design.
