- Registration of project beneficiaries in accordance with the rapid vulnerability assessment questionnaire;

- support in creating service mapping and cross-checking beneficiaries with other humanitarian actors;

- keeping logs of registration of orders and work books.

- contractual work (supply, provision of services, rent, storage, sale and purchase);

- preparation of complaints, requests, statements; analysis and selection of legislation;

- work in the system “Liga Zakon”;

- work with online services for the provision of administrative and public services, state registries.

- Preparation and drafting of documents (contracts, powers of attorney, statements, testaments, certificates, requests);

- work with state registers (powers of attorney, hereditary, notarial blank forms); work with state bodies;

- ensuring the work of the office
