- Implementation of structured psychological interventions in-line with evidence-based practices, IASC MHPSS and other international guidelinesProviding guidance and support to MHPSS team (Psychologists, PSS workers, Case managers)

- Reporting / communications / representation: providing information on the security situation; ensuring timely and efficiently communicating with all SI departments at base level; ensuring compliance with reporting deadlines and formats; maintaining a local communications and good relationships with local and governmental authorities, donor representatives, UN agencies, and other international agencies; assuring SI's representation in the meetings.
