Main responsibilities:

• organization of control over compliance in the structural subdivisions of labor protection legislation and direct control over the functioning of the labor protection management system at the enterprise;
• conducting operational control over the state of labor protection, fire protection and civil protection in structural (production) units;
• control of compliance with regulatory requirements of labor protection, fire supervision and civil protection of technological processes, means of production and protection, in particular safe operation of electrical installations, pressure vessels, lifting mechanisms at production facilities;
• organization of certification of workplaces according to working conditions and other surveys of organizational and technical conditions of production, labor processes, work methods in order to bring them into compliance with regulatory requirements;
• organization of introductory briefings, as well as further training and testing of knowledge on labor protection, fire supervision and civil protection;
• development of instructions, technological documentation, where issues of labor protection, fire prevention supervision and civil protection are determined;
• organization of periodic medical examinations of workers engaged in heavy work, work with harmful and dangerous working conditions.

Achievements:

• preservation of stable performance of the enterprise in the conditions of hostilities;
• prevention of personnel injuries or suspension of production even in conditions of targeted bombing of the enterprise territory;
• implementation of the entire complex of works and measures aimed at compliance with the labor protection legislation in the structural units.

"Sistel" was founded in 2006, the main activities of the survey and design work, project development and construction of systems and cellular stations, laying fiber-optic lines of communication, construction, and reconstruction. Responsibilities: Search customers, preparation of agreements and funding projects, budget planning and control of budget implementation, and legal support of the current activity.

Achievements:

In 2010, the company was the general contractor for the construction of the stations of cellular communication in the HF for "MTS", successfully completing a project for the development of the intermediate stations of cellular communication. Until the end of 2010, the company has about 10 thousand subscribers of Beeline and also made more than 2900 repairs only in Kharkiv. In 2011 "Sistel" built for operator Beeline, in dense urban areas, more than 5000 TKD (community access points), paved over 100 kilometers of optical cable with the required project documentation (Kharkiv, Kremenchuk, Sumy, Shostka). In the period from 2010 to 2012, and has established business partnerships with JSC "MTS" HF, HF CJSC "TeleSystems of Ukraine", "Ukrradiotel", HF Golden Telecom LLC, and CJSC "Ukrainian radio systems". In the period from February to April 2012, obtained licenses for the production of new works for the company-project development and installation of plumbing and ventilation equipment that enabled the development of additional areas of work in the market of building services and contracts for the manufacture of works on reconstruction of TRK "French Boulevard" and other objects of construction
