The goal is to create an online service facilitating long-term housing rentals in Ukraine with a unique feature enabling potential tenants to schedule property appointments in a few clicks, reducing the need for numerous calls.

The project aimed to cater to diverse needs, facilitating anytime accessibility, personalized learning, and flexible schedules for students, teachers, and learners.
• Conducted a comprehensive competitor analysis on 6 apps to gain insights into how various platforms addressed user needs
• Selected a key competitor and applied Nielsen Norman Group's usability heuristics for user interface design
• Executed qualitative research through surveys and 5 in-depth interviews?
• Developed "jobs to be done" scenarios based on user needs, goals, and pain points identified during research
• Crafted a customer journey map and user flow?
• Designed high-fidelity prototypes and conducted unmoderated user testing involving 23 participants?
• Established a UI Kit with defined color and typography styles, along with components, and variants of key design elements

• Created 8 well-structured and visually appealing guides on proper nutrition, contributing to customer retention for my client
