• Tracing all seagoing vessels with hrm security teams on board or vessels that are at the preparation for embarkation stage, preparing all needed documents for the security guards and weapons prior to boarding.
• Assist the security tls, vessels masters, and the client with any legal support they require. Pre, transit preparation for the designated security team, providing the necessary documents and information for the mission ( team briefing ) .
• Relocating sets of weapons if necessary and ensuring hrm had the availability of weapons at all locations.
• Overall reviews on the transit manager ( quick base ) at the end of every day. Piracy/terror related incident analysis and record keeping.
• Maintaining competency, and validity of the certificates of security personnel. Making sure that there is always an available standby team ready to deploy at home

• Collection and analysis of rates from sea lines.
• Filling in the company’s internal databases with quotations. Assist the Security
• Tracking, booking, SI, VGM supply, control of cont-in supply to the port (export)
• Search for new agents and analysis of their offers.
• Assistance to sales in the sale of services.
