+4 years experience in the IT industry (BA, QA)

- ERP, E-commerce domains

- understanding of SDLC, QA processes and Agile techniques

- work on Lean, Kanban methodologies

- experience of integration with carriers

- API’s analysis experience- work with technical documentation

- writing user stories (backend, frontend, design stories), test cases, acceptance criteria

- analyze/clarify business requirements with internal stakeholders

- work with changing requirements

- good knowledge of UX research

- create prototypes in prototyping tools that reflect requirements and UX concepts

- prepare and conduct demos, create user manuals for internal users, educate users

- point of support, collect feedback and change requests from internal users. Transforming feedbacks, change requests into requirements documentation
