Responsible for overseeing the company's daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes and departments (finance, legal, IT, administrative, support and marketing).In direct submission are 18th people. Сovering seven business locations in 3 countries with a total area of 4200 square meters.

• Operational management: Ensuring efficiency and optimizing operational processes in all aspects of the company

• Financial monitoring: Control over financial processes, budget management, and cost optimization
• Technology stack: Develop and implement technology initiatives to optimize operational processes and improve the productivity of the business
• opening and legal entity in Ukraine, Poland, and Moldova for foreign companies and clients
• overseeing the company's daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes
• design and implementation of business strategies, plans, and procedures with the Executive management of key strategic projects and initiatives
• full finance management, budget control, and analysis, P&L, OPEX/CAPEX management
• implementation and maintenance of the delivery process, which will delight customers through excellence in Service delivery
• negotiations with customers and ensuring the fulfillment of any requests from customers, following the requirements
• hiring, managing, and work performance control for internal company departments (finance, legal, IT, administration, marketing, and support) - NDA, SLA, RFP/Q, SOW, BCP, and workflow development

• constant documentary work with contracts, accounts, and acts in all directions
