Call Center Manager is a key role, establishing a call center team and implementing centered engagement with customers.

Main responsibilities of day to day basis:

- Oversee work performance of phone representatives: check daily reports,QA, be a support to the agents and technicians, be a back up if needed on the phone.

- Resolve all escalated matters with customers and technicians

- Make schedule for agents and technicians

- Hiring , firing and training of the agents

- Maintain all required reports

- Run a weekly meetings with the agents

- Follow ups on not sold jobs

- Run a weekly meetings with Technicians

- Managing everything about ordering parts , returns, tax, salaries.. etc
