- Dating vertical management (Adult, Mainstream, Casual) on CPL, SOI, DOI models.
- Working with WW GEOs: Tier 1, Tier 2 (mostly), LATAM.
- Managing diverse traffic sources provided by affiliates: Facebook, MA, Banner, Native, Display, Push, Pop, SEO, Email, etc.
- Affiliate acquisition & relationship management: sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, activating and supporting affiliates.
- Working in Affise: daily performance monitoring, tracking conversions, analyzing CR, API integration etc.
- Optimizing traffic quality and volume through guidance, caps management and performance feedback.
- Closing conversion approvals (confirms), managing monthly cycles, and preparing invoices.
- Maintaining long-term partnerships and ensuring continuous traffic growth.
- Conducting market checks and competitor research to attract strong sources.
- Preparing internal reports and performance summaries for the team.
- Coordinating with other internal departments (finance, compliance, tech) when needed. Strong negotiation skills: setting terms, caps, and payout adjustments with affiliates. Troubleshooting issues with tracking links, postbacks, conversions mismatch.
