Responsibilities and Key Accomplishments:

• Setup and manage Scrum process for development teams

• Manage planning, development and delivery processes in the teams

• Risk Management on a regular basis

• Technical decisions and architectural solutions together with Architectural team

• Teams representation in Scrum-to-Scrum and SAFe sync ups

• Establish teams interaction and knowledge sharing in form of professional guilds

Applying enterprise integration patterns, event sourcing approach, real-time monitoring, continuous development and deployment allow to create high performance, reliable infrastructure for integration.

Responsibilities and Key Accomplishments:

Product and services management:

• Creating perspective Product vision in collaboration with Proxy Product Owner and Functional Analytic

• Negotiating and approving Service Level Agreements with service clients and product customers

• Production support: service map introducing, known issues database management

Technical Leading in Java development team:

• Technical solutions making, review and improvement

• Development and delivery process setup and management

• Deployment process improvement in cooperation with Devops team

• Security items management in collaboration with Devops team

• Production environment technical support in cooperation with Operation and First Level Support teams

• Open source project management

• Participation in the collaboration of the Integration Competency Center and Integration Guild

Scrum Master role playing:

• Setup and stabilize Team Scrum process

• Creating a technical Backlog and user stories management

GT-WOZ is a multi-tiered web-based application for registration of real estate and the entire property tax process. Used web services and ESB for integration with national and other external services. Internal business workflow model is implemented with jBPM workflow engine.
