Responsibilities

· Organization and implementation of current planning in terms of relevant procurement categories, development of management strategy for certain categories on the terms and conditions of the Group Directive, the Bank's development needs in accordance with the Procurement Regulations and other relevant regulations of the Bank.

· General control over the implementation of the developed procurement strategy in certain categories.

· Participation in the budget process in order to further form a long-term procurement plan.

· Planning and management of strategic and tactical implementation of projects in order to achieve reductions in the Bank's costs in certain procurement categories.

· Building a supplier relationship management process

· Market monitoring of suppliers of goods / services. Carrying out pre-qualification selection of suppliers in order to ensure the optimal number of involved bidders for further tenders, auctions, etc. by monitoring the market with Internet resources, printed publications, visiting specialized exhibitions, etc.

· Organization of the procurement process for a group of certain categories, taking into account the peculiarities of the country's legislation and internal regulatory documents of the Bank, but in full compliance with the standards of the Group.

· Determining and conducting the most optimal method of procurement and competitive selection of suppliers of goods, works and services for certain procurement categories, conducting commercial and compiling a comprehensive assessment of the choice of supplier.

· Initiation of projects on standardization of the nomenclature of goods, works and services by certain procurement categories

· Application is the implementation on a regular basis (quarterly and / or annually) of suppliers 'assessments identified by analysis (such as ABC analysis), assessment of suppliers' performance of contractual obligations by receiving feedback from the Procurement Initiators in the form of a report.

· Providing consulting support in the organization of procurement processes.

· Interaction with the main participants in the procurement process.

· Implementation and participation in cost-saving initiatives in the field of procurement.

· Negotiating with suppliers within its responsibility.

· Implementation of timely preparation of high-quality, complete material for submission to the Bank's tender committee based on the results of tenders conducted by the Procurement and Needs Control Department.

· Coordination of concluding procurement contracts carried out by the Procurement and Needs Control Department.

· Ensuring the documentation of the procurement process and the formation of procurement cases with appropriate storage in scanned form according to the list of documents required for storage approved in the Procurement Regulations.

· Maintaining reports in the manner prescribed by management.

· Interaction with the RI Group Procurement Service.

· Monitoring the implementation of the Group's agreements in the Bank's system; upon receipt of cost approvals in accordance with the procedure (powers of the Bank).

· Compliance with the requirements of information security, storage and non-disclosure of information constituting banking secrecy and other confidential information of the Bank, which will become known during the work of the Bank and after the termination (termination) of employment with the Bank without limitation.
