During 15 years of experience, I was at different positions from both sides of the table - client and provider, manager and specialist, other. I know what works and what do not. I know how to determine and fix or improve a process, team relations or organizational structure. I have complex knowledge of good company structure and functioning, business process inside, different professions and their relations.

I have experience with marketing: marketing research, search for new market niches, positioning, product vision, and managing of the strategy and lifecycle of products and projects. I understand, how different marketing channels work - their features, weakness, and strengths. I have experience in marketing on different platforms: web, app stores - catalogues, social networks app stores, other partners channels I am the professional business trainer, coach, and facilitator for team members, team building, and personal development/ life coaching.

Built from scratch a full-production-cycle software development department, that successfully delivers both in-house and outsources projects for many years. More than 40 people, several scrum teams, from 4 to 8 projects were simultaneously under my management. AGILE methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall in some cases.

Developed more than 15 projects/ products from idea to user base growth.
