We are looking for a proactive and structured People Operations Lead to oversee and support our HR and Recruitment teams at VARTEQ. In this role, you will supervise two departments — HR (2 team members) and Recruitment (3 team members) — ensuring that people-related processes are followed, issues are addressed timely, and team dynamics remain healthy and productive.
This position blends operational control, cross-team facilitation, and reporting responsibilities. It’s ideal for an experienced HR Generalist ready to take the lead on execution, alignment, and people support across functions.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of HR and Recruitment departments
Ensure processes and policies are followed consistently across both teams
Facilitate internal communication and resolve operational blockers within and between teams
Track HR & recruitment metrics, prepare regular reports for leadership (headcount, pipeline status, retention, etc.)
Collaborate with team leads to align recruitment needs with business goals
Support onboarding, performance tracking, employee engagement, and offboarding initiatives
Identify and escalate people-related risks or gaps in processes
Maintain documentation, process clarity, and ensure compliance across HR operations
Drive team morale and contribute to a transparent and supportive team culture
Required Experience
4+ years in HR Generalist or People Ops roles, including coordination of recruitment or HR teams
Proven experience managing or supporting cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of recruitment pipelines, HR cycles, and process discipline
Confident with tools for reporting, analytics, and workflow tracking
Ability to mediate conflicts, maintain team balance, and keep focus on goals
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Fluent English; comfortable working in distributed, remote-first environments
