Education Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Designing, planning, and managing large-scale educational programs for the company’s top management.

• Full project management cycle of learning initiatives: from program concept and design to implementation, effectiveness assessment, and continuous improvement.

• Designing and implementing innovative solutions for leadership development.

• Selecting and adapting best international practices to meet business needs through educational programs.

• Coordinating work with faculty, trainers, and internal stakeholders.

• Providing organizational support and communication with program participants.

• Ensuring the high quality and effectiveness of educational initiatives.

Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably in pedagogy, psychology, business administration, or entrepreneurship).

• 3+ years of L&D experience for executives, with a focus on large-scale programs for top managers.

• Proven experience in managing projects of varying complexity: from concept to implementation and effectiveness evaluation.

• Experience in developing and delivering leadership development programs.

• Confident collaboration with international business schools, trainers, and faculty.

• Strong skills in building trusted relationships with stakeholders and partners.

• Ability to collect, analyze, and leverage data to improve programs.

• Experience in delivering trainings, webinars, and educational events for internal and external clients.

• Proficiency in MS Office 365, SharePoint, PowerPoint.

• English proficiency at B2 level.

• Strong organizational skills, goal orientation, and results-driven mindset.

• Ability to work effectively in a team.
