Key Accomplishments:

1. A new methodology for report representation has been implemented. Existing KPI analysis was supplemented with factor analysis within WoW, MoM, YoY, MTD and YTD comparisons.
2. New detail levels have been added to existing reports.
3. Old reports were replaced with more functional versions.

Achievements:

1 A number of reports on the client base were developed and put into operation:

• an analogue of the sales funnel
• a portrait of the client
• analytics by service delivery regions

Based on these reports weaknesses were analyzed and as a result concierge service was added

2 The process of document circulation in terms of payments to clients has been optimized:

• Registers of the basic documents were created and the level of convenience of their usage was increased due to the implementation of different interfaces for work
• Based on these registers, standard operations were automated (preparation of applications for payment, preparation of a number of financial reports, etc.)
• The level of quality control of the process was increased:

- the "loss" of documents has been eliminated

- the detection of declarations that for some reason were not paid was simplified

- the procedure for processing applications for payment has been standardized
