I use to work for the Ukrainian Government in the Past. Mainly focused on the International cooperation between the central government bodies globally and IFIs. On the position of chief economist of the Ministry of finance I was in charge and accelerating the restructuring of the major debt of Ukraine (VAT refund for the international technical support on Chernobyl shelter project) EBRDhttp://www.fifoost.org/ukraine/ukra.pdf

I was coordinator in the annual meeting of the Board of Governors of the EBRD, WB, (hosted by the Governor Minister of Finance Ihor Mitukov), as well as in the meeting of the Committee for Cooperation between Ukraine and the EU.

In July 2002, the protocol arrangement the signed was the Memorandum on Mutual Understanding between the Government of Ukraine, the NBU and the WB with respect to improvement of the activity of the Open Joint-Stock Company "State Savings Bank of Ukraine".

In the national Bank of Ukraine I work mainly with the Governor and his deputies, I accompany authorities in the overseas business trips from Indonesia to Canada, and Europe. I had accompanied the State visit of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to Ukraine, Leshek Baltserovich former vice-Prime Minister, Polish Republic, my deeds was in a very close cooperation with President Administration of Ukraine and Protocol service, was attended with Mary Ellen Withrow Treasurer of the United States . I was invited by Zurich (Credit Suisse S.A. to assist (lobbying) to open representative office of Private Banking in Ukraine. Since that, I changed my sphere of activities cardinally and started to work as relationship manager for international Brand Credit Suisse, but remain my previous contacts as the targeted private customers.
