Brand Manager

Strauss Ukraine is a company that ranks among the top 3 leaders in Ukraine
(in the categories of whole bean, ground, and instant coffee -Ambassador, TOTTI, Chorna karta, Fort etc.). We are looking for a Brand Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the current product range and improve it,
• Develop and launch new products from ideas to market,
• Analyze data to find ways to grow sales, profit, and market share,
• Track and improve brand performance,
• Prepare presentations and reports,
• Conduct market research to understand trends and consumer needs,
• Plan and support marketing campaigns,
• Cooperate with external agencies (SMM, creative, research, media),
• Work closely with sales and trade marketing teams.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in junior / brand management, media/creative agency, or trade marketing,
• Understanding of the FMCG market in Ukraine,
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data,
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint,
• Project management skills and ability to multitask,
• Intermediate English and fluent Ukrainian,
• Leadership and proactive attitude,
• Team player with strong communication skills,
• Creative thinker with a practical mindset,
• Passion for marketing and new ideas,
• Interest in coffee and enthusiasm for the industry
