• Providing complete advice on all procurement-related issues for assigned projects (internal clients);

• Preparation and implementation of different types of procurement procedures of goods and services in accordance with company policy and legislation;

• Conducting of procurement procedures and contracts for construction works and construction related services;

• Conclusion of financing agreements, as well as preparation of documents templates for financing agreements;

• Preparation of framework agreements in area of responsibility, including monitoring the duration of the agreements, negotiating with vendors;

• Monitoring of the concluded contracts and maintenance of the associated Software;

• Effective cooperation with colleagues from headquarters.

• Negotiations with key partners, reviewing of their contractual conditions & building of long-term relationships

• Tendering process, communication with internal clients, negotiations on commercial conditions with tender participants;
• Analysis of internal clients' needs and ongoing monitoring of external markets of goods and services in the framework of tendering process, other procurement;
• Preparation of contracts based on the results of the completed tender process, coordination with the suppliers and units of the Bank. Payments within the framework of contracts, control of contracts' terms fulfillment;
• Negotiations with key partners, reviewing of their contractual conditions;
• Communication on the Bank's real estate with potential buyers, tendering for RE objects sale, preparation of reporting information.
